Ambulance 13 and Ambulance 113

The Montgomery Volunteer Fire Company operates two amublances.  Both units were purchased from Paramedex Inc. in Muncy, Pennsylvania and were manuafactured by LEVI Inc.  John Magyar, a member of our department sold both units to us at a modest cost. 

 Ambulance 13 is a 1993 LEVI on a Ford F-350 chassis with a diesel motor. 

 Ambulance 113 is a 1996 LEVI on a Ford F-350 Super Duty Chassis with a turbo diesel motor.  Also has automatic ice chains.

 Both units are licensed by the Pennsylvania Dept. of Health as Basic Life Support Units. 

Both units are equipped with the following:

·         Medtronic/Physio Control Automatic External Defibrillator Units.

·         Extrication Kit

·         Set of Irons

·         2 SCBA

·         Assorted Wood Cribbing

·         Mass Casualty Incident Kits

·         Water Rescue Vests, Helmets and Throw Bags

·         Mobile UHF and VHF Radios

·         Cellular Phone

·         Portable VHF Radio

·         Firefighter Rehab Supplies
