Richard "Bud" Hacker
is a life member with over 20 years of active service. He has progressed
through the ranks and currently serves as the department safety officer.
He has been serving in his current position since 1999. Previous
positions held include: engineer, lieutenant, captain, assistant chief,
and trustee. Assistant Chief / Safety Officer Hacker is responsible for operations and
departmental safety.
