| Technical Rescue Team (1.3mb)
The Technical Rescue Team is a specialized group of individuals trained to rescue people from very complex and dangerous situations. Some of the many specialties are confined space rescue, trench rescue, rope rescue, water rescue, structural collapse rescue, farm rescue, and industrial rescue. Our team functions as a part of a much larger team known as the Task Force 80. Task Force 80 is a unit comprised of equipment from Montgomery, Muncy, Williamsport, Old Lycoming, and Duboistown Fire Dept.’s. There are also members from other departments in Lycoming County. The task force trains and works together on all technical rescue related activities and incidents.
